- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always working to improve my culinary skills. I work part time in a kitchen with talented chefs who serve as mentors. In addition, I am constantly reading culinary magazines, cookbooks and blogs and experimenting with new ingredients. I am also investigating culinary courses in other countries and wine tasting seminars.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed a five course wine tasting meal for a client. They were celebrating a birthday and retirement, and had invited 15 friends for dinner. We paired each course with a wine and received accolades for my preparations and presentations.
