This company left my front door of my REO listing standing wide open and also the handrail (needed for safety) fell off the next day.
I have also been told that door locks that were paid for came up missing shortly after they were installed by this company on other houses.

Property Service Company does not install handrails in REO properties. Our company does not leave properties unsecured and we provide sufficient pictures of the properties being secure upon departure. We have over 60 locks in stock at all times and are able to re key to any code on site if not in stock. We can provide invoices to any vendors to prove that we have no reason for removing locks. We also provide picture documentation of all lock changes including the picture of the brand new lock being removed from box. Our reputation and the security of our clients properties are more important than a $6.00 lock.
We currently maintain 65 REO properties for an investment firm who has been using us directly for 2 years. We have an additional 47 HUD properties that we have been maintaining for 3 years. All of our properties are regularly inspected by these company's by an outside source. We do not do REO properties for individual real estate companies. Unless you are directly employed with either of those companies we have not performed any services for you Ms Tami M.
