Stay far away! She sounded great to begin with, and easy to work with, until I couldn't get her to show up to begin work. When she finally did, it was one headache after another. Her employees were rude (one dropped an entire large glass of water on my hardwood floor and carpet and never cleaned it up, the other would roll his eyes when I asked him to turn down his music - a radio he took from me- while my son was sleeping, and then continued to turn it up after I walked away). The crew was ever changing (mostly quitting- some for non payment from her) and I experienced verbal fights several times. They cleaned out their brushes in my spa, jetted tub. When I had them go outside to do it, they did it in my flower beds and driveway (which also were covered in cigarette butts from the owner and crew). Then when I had them move to the yard, they would leave the hose running for hours. Also left several doors multiple times wide open for hours during the middle of the summer. The painting was horrific. She is a cheapskate, and tries to get by on one coat of paint. After complaining, she did another round, poorly. She then bragged about what a good paint job it was; it was anything but. After complaining that there was still A LOT of uncovered ground, she said she would do touch ups (I received lots of groans and complaints from crew on all the spots they had to do). The only room in the house that didn't need major touch ups was one on a day when she picked up a random Mexican crew looking for work - one guy did a great job, but she yelled at him for using too much paint. She said she would remove light switch covers, but then never did. When I called her on it, she said they would take care of it, and then told the employee "don't do it" (he later told me). She did not get behind fixtures, including toilets, so if you were standing by a toilet (which included most of the male species) or at the sink you could see a huge area not painted (would have been an easy fix with a small hand roller and what I ended up having to do as she never finished the job). She left two rooms with huge areas completely uncovered. The whole thing was a headache. She's the type of person that will tell you what you want to hear. She comes in with a great looking price, but then jacks it up over the course of the work. She also was getting very eerily gross with my two small children. I ended up having to keep them away from her. She tried to get me to do some "home repair" work from her too. She tried selling me on the idea that I had mold in the walls and needed it repaired. She complained that the smell was making her eyes tear up and it was hard to work (like it was unsafe conditions for her). She was positive it was mold in the walls. I didn't fall for it, and It ended up being her nasty drop cloths. There are many other things I could complain about, but there's honestly not one good thing I can say about the experience. Overall, very untrustworthy, bad painting, lots of lies, very unprofessional, and not something you want to involve yourself with.
