Introduction: I was born to be a Driving Instructor, just didn't know it at the time I started!!! I love to drive and got my license in California at age 16. I've driven all over the country to include Alaska and Arizona. Have the heart of a teacher and willing to provide my experience and knowledge to provide top quality driving instruction to make student drivers safe and responsible drivers!

While Rick offers a convenient service in picking you up at home or work, after four lessons (totalling $180), we still had not covered the basics such as parking. On my very first lesson, he told me to get on a roundabout in my apartment complex and then jerked the wheel after I entered because he wanted me to take a right. On my second lesson in downtown Nashville, he told me to go when a light turned green and an 80yr old man was crossing the road with a walker on Broadway. I told him that I was going to wait until the man crossed safely and was told the people behind me would get mad because I had the green light. He also jerked the wheel into a construstion zone with orange cones up on this same lesson and said 'they should have had someone directing traffic there'. After 4 lessons, I have decided to go elsewhere for instruction and he refused to give me proof of taking the course for an insurance discount. He says that as an adult driver, I dont receive the discount, but according to driversed.com and a friend at an insurance company, he is mistaken. I wouldn't waste your money.

My son had four lessons over the summer. We were very pleased with the increased confidence and knowledge learned. We thought Rick was very nice and would definitely recommend him.
