Aj and his wife did a good job replacing this section of exterior wall for my remodel and doing some framing on the inside as well. The inside of the wall was for a pretty cramped bathroom so the dimensions of a few things were a bit complicated but they managed to get it done for me and they painted the outside. There was a bit of a language barrier that made some of the communication difficult but for most simple things they should be able to do it for you with little problems and make it look good too.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are different so prices will always be different from each other. When looking for the right price me and my client will always decide on a price that is fair to me and them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For them to explain me their idea. Depending on the project we give a quote or an appointment to go see the job then give a quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The client explains what their idea is and we schedule an appointment to go see the area we would be working at. At the appointment we would take measurements and start a quote. The quote would be stated on labor and the material. The quote would be sent to the client if the quote is approved we would find a date to start the project and a way of payment. We ask for a payment of 50% the day we take all the material to the place where the job would be done and start the project the rest of the payments would be paid when the project is in process and then done.(we send a copy of our insurance to the client through email)
