- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined during the initial interview with the customer. Basically, I charge $130/hr with a 2 hour minimum. For very large jobs this can change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact determines what the customer wants. The photography session lasts as long as needed to create the desired images. The final digital images are delivered to the customer within 1-3 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer for 30+ years and have taught photographer courses at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville for over 10 years.
