- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The technique we use is hot water extraction; either with our truck mounted unit or our portable machine. We offer 3 different levels of carpet cleaning. They vary by soil level, spots/stains present in your carpet, chemicals used in the procedure, time and techniques required to complete the project, and price. Customers can mix and match different levels of cleaning depending on the need of specific areas. Basic: This type of carpet cleaning is designed for homes in which the carpets are regularly cleaned (at least twice a year). This technique cleans and refreshes the carpet. Carpets are pre vacuumed, and then we use hot water extraction to clean and deodorize the surface. On average it takes 10 minutes to clean one room using this technique. Premium: This type of carpet cleaning is designed for homes that require soil removal and light spot/stain treatment. Carpets are pre vacuumed, pre sprayed, spot/stained treated, and then we use hot water extraction to clean the surface. At the end we deodorize and groom the carpet. It takes around 20 minutes to clean one room using this technique. Deluxe: This type of carpet cleaning is designed for carpets that require deep/restorative cleaning, high traffic area treatment, spot and stain removal, pet stains and odor treatment. Carpets are pre-vacuumed, pile lifted (heavy soil removal), pre sprayed, agitated (hard brushing), spot/stain treated, and then we use hot water extraction to clean the surface. If necessary we treat spots and stains again and then repeat the hot water extraction for those areas. At the end we deodorize and groom the carpet. We estimate the time of the project when we evaluate the carpets with the customer. Area rug cleaning: There are many different types of rugs: Woven, Oriental, handmade and machine-made, specialty rugs (furs, hides, silk), and designer rugs. We service them all, and the price varies between $2 - $6 per square foot. We provide pickup and delivery for $100 within 25 miles.
