I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this local, homegrown Knoxville company. I first found Hard Knox Plumbing when I was seeking an alternative to the extremely high quote for a water pipe repair from one of the well-known/major plumbing companies in the area. Jarrett and Danny were incredibly helpful, kind and professional. They arrived at my home promptly to address my concerns. This team treated me like a person instead of a number. They gave honest pricing and did not try to oversell me on anything they didn't feel I truly needed to fix my issue. Despite it being a fairly dirty job, both Danny and Jarrett cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave me with a big mess to deal with afterwards. They performed excellent work and had my water back on by the end of the day...impressed is an understatement! Since my initial interaction with this company, I also had them install my new kitchen sink and new shower hardware. They arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. I receive endless compliments from my guests on both fixtures! I will continue to use this company in the future for all of my plumbing needs. To any local Knoxville resident looking for a genuine and quality plumbing company - look no further.

Corey wasn't able to resolve the problem with our Rheem gas water heater but that is not his fault! Rheem's response to the pilot light going out during high winds is mother nature. Not happy with Rheem but very happy with Hard Knox
