Beautiful Impressions

In response to Vickie. I was hired to be your future daughter n law wedding photographer. I provide a wonderful package to all my clients for their weddings. One of the items I provided you was that I would be willing to provide a slideshow of their engagement photos because she asked about it and you did not want that nor did the bride, so i offered to do something else which i did do and we reviewed it and i was told by the bride it was a great slideshow and did not know there were photos missing, and at the time i had already given back all property to the bride and groom. I explained to vickie at that time of her wanting me to redo it, I was not able to as I had a full week of business and personal releated appointments and was not able to redo it. I apologized many time and it seems she is still mad. I am sorry. It was a gift not offered in the package we addressed. As far as family photos being done at ceremony and during reception, not once did vickie approach me to take those photos and as a photographer we are trained to focus on the bride and groom of their wedding day and if she would have come and asked me to take those photos I would have done so without question. I wish vickie and I was able to resolve her issue but she did not approach me during that day about having certain photos done even though I asked releatedly to Rhonda (bride) if there was any more photos to be done as every one was leaving and she and vickie said no. I got over 350 great photos of that day and gave 3 cd's to the bride and groom as well as a wedding gift the day we reviewed the photos and they both said, wow kim you took some great photos. Thank You. I said aww thanks i am very glad you liked them. I gave rhonda and testimonial form to fill out which she did and marked all excellant reviews and a small review at the end that said " Our Special Day was amazing and we have many beautiful photos to enjoy for many years to come"! I mailed a copy of the contract to vikie and i am not responsible for what happens to it once it leaves the postal office for mailing however I will mail another one out and or run one by to rhonda this week. Thank You and I again am sorry for what has happen between me and vikie but my bride rhonda seemed very satisfied and even gave me a hug after our meeting the other day. Thank you
