Called and talked to Mike about building a garage with living space above it. Set up a time for him to meet me at some land that I'm looking to buy for a quote the following week. Waited 20 mins past the scheduled time we were suppose to meet before calling him and asking him why he's not there yet. He told me he forgot and never scheduled it but remembers talking to me about it. I asked if he could come out there right now but he said no and he will be busy all day with a conference call and another appointment. This isn't a small garage I was asking a quote for. I figured it would be around $150-200k job so I thought he would reschedule the other appointment and make it right with me. I thought wrong, he didn't even ask to reschedule or apologize for not showing. Not a company I want to work with if that's how you treat your customers

I apologize for the error ,your appointment was scheduled while I was on vacation in Florida ,I some how failed to put it on my calendar. would be happy to reschedule at your convenience. Not sure how this happened but be happy to try and make it right
