Josh has brought a couple of computers back to life for me. He also helped me set up my new one including all connections, ie..printers. He is fast and does not make you wait forever to get your computer back. He is also very reasonable price-wise. I worked with Josh at FedEx and she is excellent at what he does. Will always call Josh.
