- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is fairly straight forward. I work mostly on site and my rates include short travel: $65 the first hour, $50 thereafter; $50 per hour on site for long jobs; I will reduce my rate if I can work from home.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be as exact as possible in defining your problem or need and be open to several possible solutions from the Candidate Consultant. Both should agree to the ultimate solution. Remember the correct solution is cheaper than "Quick Fixes" in the long run.
