I just requested a refund from living Social. This business may be amazing at cleaning, however I will never know. I called to confirm my appointment as I'd not been contacted by the company. I received a text in response one minute before the scheduled appointment advising that they would be late. Completely understandable - we've all had emergencies. However, I will not put myself in a position to depend on a company that advises after the fact that they have been running late all day yet didn't contact me and cannot advise when they can reschedule. I did receive an apology two hours later in response to a one star review on Facebook. I expect better service from a service-based company.
