I used Just One Touch Cleaning for my business and I loved them. When I walked in, the smell of freshness met me at the door. The owners were punctual and very professional!! I will highly recommend them to family and friends!! And I will definitely be using them in the future.

Hired on Thumbtack

Was quick to respond to job but when I asked how much job would cost, she quickly disappeared. I waited and finally contacted her over 1.5 hrs later. Asked her if she was able to accept the job. Suddenly she states she "booked solid" and "can't give a price" until she sees my house. For someone who does this as her business, she couldn't even tell a person up front " sorry I'm booked Tuesday, what about ___ ?" She didn't even do that. I wouldn't even recommend this "pro" off this 1st interaction. If you need someone who cares about you and your cleaning needs, look elsewhere.

I’m sorry I didnt live up this client, It’s Sunday and I was at church I responded as I was headed to church, the client never gave me any details on the job far as what to give an estimate on, just a move out, I was given a chance to ask how many baths or bedrooms to give a rough estimate, the client ask me could I clean Tuesday and instead of leading customer on I advise customer that I was booked Tuesday I can share comments in this section for all to have there own judgment… Why would I lead this client on if they are needing someone for Tuesday & I know I’m unavailable… I’m sorry I didn’t live up to client but my work and reviews speak for self beside thumbtack, I cant give a full estimate without what I am up against in a home especially a move out! Please don’t let this review dictate your services with me and I will share the conversation.. Again I apologize that I was misjudge because I was at church and had other clients that required and booked my services… I work my business myself not send other out! Thanks so much Just One Touch Cleaning.
