Ray did an awesome job with a hot water replacement and full HVAC replacement for my family. Pricing was reasonable and he is a man of his word. On time, followed thru on everything we discussed. Our hot water heater went out on a Friday night in Nov and the weather was just getting really cold. I reached out on Thumbtack for a plumber and Aaron responded at 6am Saturday. He came out with a replacement model but the store gave him the wrong size, so he high-tailed it back to ge the right version just before the store closed. His installation was fast, remarkably clean and VERY professional. He also installed a new whole-house water valve so I don’t have to go to the street to shut off the water to the house. He answered all my questions patiently and was pleasant to work with. Needless to say, I won’t go with anyone else for plumbing issues. Thanks so much, Ray, getting everything done within 24 hours!
