- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The default hourly rate is $75/Hour, but you get a 33% discount, which drops the price from $75/Hour down to $50/Hour on all Onsite Hourly Rates if you have an Unlimited Computer Support Plan, which you can easily cancel at any time. Check our website for the most up-to-date discounts and offers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I do a Free Consultation to see how I can help you. Once we figure out a solid plan on what to do and I give you a rough estimate on how much it would cost, I'll get to work making sure your problem is fixed to your satisfaction! As always, a review is appreciated, but not required by any means. 😊
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a plethora of customers including, Country Music Producers, Authors, Accounting Firms, Medical Facilities, and even the typical stay-at-home mom or dad! I've never had a single bad experience with any of them and I value the relationship I have with each and every one of them.
