Premier Home Inspection LLC provides residential inspections for people buying or selling a home in Middle Tennessee. We also provide environmental services such as mold and radon test.
We are a residential inspection company that provides peace of mind on typically your largest investment, your home. PHI will inspect every aspect of the home from the top of the roof down through the crawlspace or basement. Every system will be thoroughly inspected (electrical, plumbing and HVAC) and you will receive a narrative-style report with full-color digital photos the same day of the inspection.

A. Always ask the following: 1. How long have you been doing inspections? 2. Can I see a sample report? 3. How quickly can I get the report? 4. Can the buyer come to the inspection?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our reports are a narrative style report not just a checklist and we take time with our clients to educate them on their new home! Our reports are generated the same day as the inspection. All of our inspectors are licensed and insured. Be Advised, Not Surprised!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We love helping buyers learn all they can about their new home so that they and their Realtors can negotiate the best deal possible. Knowledge is power! Be Advised, Not Surprised!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. "Would you buy this house?" There is no way for me to answer that question. Just like people every house is different and different personalities like different houses. Some people want a perfect move in ready house while others want a weekend project. Although I can't answer that question I can arm them with the information for them to be able to answer that question for themselves.
