No contracts, and service rate is by house, not by hour. We offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. All supplies and equipment provided, unless you prefer us to use yours. Services include (but not limited to): * Standard cleaning -- this cleaning is designed to maintain the cleanliness of your home. Living/dining room: - Dust ceiling fans - Remove cob webs - Vacuum carpet and rugs - Sweep and mop floor - Dust shelves and furniture Kitchen: - Clean exterior of all appliances - Clean counter tops - Clean exterior of cabinets - Clean and polish sink and faucet - Remove cob webs - Vacuum or sweep and mop floor Bathroom: - Clean mirrors - Clean exterior of all vanities - Clean and polish sink and faucet - Clean and sanitize tub and shower - Clean and sanitize toilet - Remove cob webs - Sweep and mop floor Bedroom: - Dust ceiling fans - Remove cob webs - Dust shelves and furniture - Vacuum or sweep and mop floor * Deep cleaning -- this cleaning is recommended to prepare your home for a regular maintenance schedule, or simply to get your home in shape so that you can maintain it yourself. In addition to the standard cleaning, deep cleaning includes the following services: - Clean light fixtures/switches throughout the house - Clean all windowsills and window tracks throughout the house - Clean all interior windows and glass doors - Clean blinds throughout the entire house - Clean baseboards throughout the house * Move in/out cleaning -- this cleaning is designed to prepare a home for the next occupant.
