I recently had the pleasure of working with Mount Up Home Services to perform a rather intricate TV relocation and installation job at my residence. From the initial contact, they demonstrated professionalism and clear understanding of my requirements. Charles, the technician who was assigned to my project, truly went above and beyond. His knowledge and attention to detail were apparent from the start. Here's how the job was broken down: 55-inch TV relocation: Charles expertly unmounted the 55-inch TV from the lower floor bedroom and reassured me about the process. We discussed the ideal swivel mount for the back porch, which needed to swivel left, right, up, down, and tilt. Charles brought along a perfect mount that was suitable for the brick wall, showcasing his understanding of the task. 45-inch TV removal: The removal of the existing 45-inch TV from the back porch was done with care and efficiency. Charles took extra care to ensure that no damage occurred to the TV or the wall. 65-inch TV installation: Finally, Charles unboxed and set up the new 65-inch TV in the lower floor bedroom. Although there was no wall-mounting involved, his thoroughness in handling the TV and aligning it with the foot mounts on the cabinet was much appreciated. Throughout the process, Charles kept me informed and ensured that I was satisfied with the positioning and functionality of the TVs. I am 150% satisfied with the work I received from Mount Up services. They were extremely professional, polite, showed up as expected. They were knowledgeable about their task & knew exactly what they were doing. They mounted a huge 86 inch TV up high in a corner, hooked everything up for me completely, cleaned up the mess and were gone in a couple hours. I was so happy with the quality work that I am having them out again to put in a stereo system for me!

I love that this is a family owned and operated business! I have a soft spot in my heart for businesses like that. Charles called and explained some things after I entered my request for service (mounting large tv). He’s very kind and courteous and thorough. Then Robert came the next day to do the mounting and just did such a good job and did it quickly too! He was careful and super efficient. He is so nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Mount Up. Also, they mount/hang anything too - not just tvs😊
