- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Angle Stop Plumbing provide clear, upfront and transparent pricing on any plumbing project, we take photos in areas hard to access so you as the property owner can see what we are facing, and can be better informed on the solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers are required to provide a complete service address, the person's full name for whom accepts financial responsibility along with a valid email address to allow our technicians a means to send documents, estimates etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
US Navy Veteran trained and specialized in plumbing of residential, commercial and industrial plumbing system, 31-years of experience in the industry.
