Professional Carpet Care

contact for price

Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Professional Carpet Care is a small company that prides itself on outstanding service at affordable pricing, unlike the larger national franchises who hire untrained, hourly workers. Our technicians are certified and are only scheduled for limited number of daily appointments. BBB rating is A+! We offer solid, reasonable rates without the "bait and switch" tactics of other untrained companies. The daily variety of jobs presented to us is always a rewarding challenge. To be able to exceed customer expectations on how clean their flooring will become gives fantastic pride.

They did an excellent job for less money than other companies charge. They were very personable and we will use them again.

Very professional and friendly. My carpets looks cleaner than they have in years. I would highly recommend them and urge people to stay away from the large carpet cleaning companies.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We receive many calls and emails for "a price to clean my house." Many variables go into pricing, and while we try to simplify our price structure, we do need to know a little more than a 1,000 foot house. Our prices are based on the number of rooms/areas (250 sq. ft. or less) to be cleaned (stairs count as one room). Do you have significant pet staining or odors? Do you have red dye stains such as Kool-Aid or juice spills? Do you have black lines around your walls that you need removed? Our basic price guide is 3 rooms and a hallway for $76. Each additional area is $25. Of course pet issues, red dye stains, black filtration lines, Scotchguard protectant, etc. are not included but reasonably added.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our jobs are widely varied. Approximately 50% are normal residential carpet and furniture cleaning. 35% are food service carpet and tile cleaning. The remainder are various other commerical environments such as offices and buildings.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check out the sdervice provider! Are they a BBB member? Are they certified? What type of equipment do they use? Professional Carpet Care offers a FREE booklet on "How To Select A Carpet Cleaner" on our website.
