Very quick to respond with same day availability. Bryan was extremely thorough in his explanation of services, quote, and detailed overview of how the work was to be sequenced. The quote was very fair for his services! He walked through each step of the process, verifying that I understood, and that I agreed to this step. Once completed, he ensured that all discs were operational and data files were visible. Then, he proceeded to launch full backups of the system and the system files. I highly recommend BECT computing.

I am so pleased with the service I got from Brian of BECT Computing. My laptop was constantly dropping its wifi connection or not connecting at all. I took it to a local repair shop who charged me a $49.00 diagnostic fee and then an additional $100.00 for virus removal. When I got it home it still didn't work. I posted my problem on Thumbtack and Brian called me immediately. He was there within two hours on a Sunday morning and completely resolved the problem in about 45 minutes and for a which was about the amount of time I spent arguing with the previous repair shop only to get a partial refund. Brian only charged me $60.00 total. It so nice to have my laptop back. Thanks Brian. I will absolutely call him in the future with all of my IT needs!
