The right client will learn the foundations of fitness and nutrition, as long as they are pliable and have a little bit of self discipline. You do not have to be wealthy to work with Life Fitness Academy. We are economically diverse and will help each client in some way. The positive side effects from this holistic training are:

B) the client develops knowledge of cooking, and
C) the client can apply knowledge of fitness principles and how they affect the body, as well as self-awareness.
