Crimmins Construction is a full-service general contracting firm specializing in professional remodeling and historic restoration. We pride ourselves in giving you a building experience and a spectacular finished product that will exceed your expectations.
We are confident that you will enjoy working with our professional team of craftsmen, and find their commitment to dependability, efficiency, craftsmanship and attention to detail refreshing.

Here is a quote from a past client.

“We would recommend Crimmins Construction to anyone! When my wife and I decided to renovate our home last fall, we interviewed different contractors for the job and each contractor we spoke with seemed to have a “we can’t” attitude. Chris and his team was exactly the opposite! They took the time to listen to our needs, provide us with different options and walk us through each decision. In the end, Crimmins Construction finished our home on time and on budget; but more importantly, we had fun with the process and can’t be more pleased with the end result. Chris, Mary, and Eric are the best in town.”

We serve Middle Tennessee.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Find someone you are comfortable with to have in your home. In Particular for the length of the project.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Cost, time length, and quality are all important aspects of a job. The more you want of one, the other two have to give. If you want something cheap, its either going to take a long time, and have less quality. Being realistic with budgets, time length, and expectations are a huge thing at keeping everyone happy.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. 1. Are you properly licensed and insured for the work you are about to perform.

2, Having testimonials from past clients.

3, Similar outlook on job expectations.
