Zink Designs and Visualizations

As an Intern Architect/Senior Project Director in the professional field since 2006, I have gained vast experience with the SketchUp modeling software (combined with a rendering plug-in) to create client presentations and discussions. Working from anything from a "napkin sketch" to a full set of AutoCAD drawings as templates, I have created models and renderings that have been used in marketing brochures, investor/client presentations, and project meetings to provide design intent. Seeing the value in what the client receives from these visuals and models, Zink Designs and Visualizations was established in early 2008 to outsource skills to clients in both the design and construction fields, domestic and abroad. I have worked closely with architects, contractors, and even the clients of the aforementioned to provide the visual aids and models that have become invaluable tools throughout the design and construction process. The fee for my services varies on a case by case basis, and can be negotiated based on a number of circumstances tailored to the client (i.e. a comfort of flat fee over hourly rate or a specialized scope of service).
