Music Lessons Made Personal
Thornton Cline grew up being inspired with various private music teachers he studied with. On top of the list was Anastasia Jempelis, one of the great Suzuki violin teachers, whom he assisted for in graduate school. With the encouragement of his mother and sister, Thornton started his own music teaching business.
The most effective strategy that I have found is to personalize and tailor my teaching to fit each unique personality. I have developed and written a new book "Practice Personalities: What's Your Type?" published by Centerstream/Hal Leonard Publishing which I use daily to tailor specific teaching strategies to fit each unique student personality.
Thornton has helped an array of students ranging from ages 3 to adults in reaching their musical dreams. His favorite project to date was the formation of his touring group, The Nashville Suzuki Players. He has directed the students with their concerts in over 10 states, including one in Disney World. It is one fulfilling project for Thornton.
Constant and quick communication is the key. It is important to be attentive to their needs and to be a mentor to them. Frequent concerts, performances, contests and rewards are also important.
Get tailored and personalized mentoring from a musical expert himself; try Thornton Cline, and get lifetime opportunities that most teachers simply don't offer.
