Introduction: Happy to help anyway I can! Services include but aren’t limited to: - TV mounting - artwork/picture/mirror hanging - Trim & Moulding install and repair - repairing water damage in wood and drywall - Furniture Repair & Assembly - Cabinet Repair and installation - Drywall Repair - Installing/Replacing light fixtures , ceiling fans - pet doors - insulation repair & crawlspace work ($100/hr) - kitchen sink install and removal (I do not cut granite counters though, needs to be exact fit) - interior painting - moving furniture -installing microwaves - small scale demolition - building garden boxes - building or installing shelves - doorbell replacement or repair - mailbox repair and installment - vinyl flooring - fence repair - doors & windows - and more! I'm here do get the job done in a professional and timely manner without cutting corners or rushing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a 2 hour minimum for all jobs, and feel like my rate is very reasonable for the quality of work I am able to do as well as my professionalism on and off the job site. If you book me for an “all day” job through thumbtack, I agree to block off an entire work day for your project (10am-6pm). For reservations like these, I charge a $400 minimum and may charge a deposit up front.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a musician, and was looking for a job I could do during the day that wouldn't conflict with my busy performance schedule, and also keep my sense of creativity active. finding solutions to problems people have with their homes & property is a wonderful and honest way of making a living and supporting my musical ventures!
