- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For select services, I will offer bundles at a discount rate, so please reach out if you are interested in a bundle selection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you come onboard with us as a new customer, your experience is hand-tailored to you and your needs. If we are working together with an hour consultation, we will do a free 15 minute pre-call, so we can make the most of our time together and reach your ideal design solution. If we work on a larger project together, we will have an introductory call included in your package to learn more about your preferences, daily habits, and routines to create a beautiful and functional home for you. My goal is to give you your ideal design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Architecture in my undergraduate and have a minor in Design as a result of my studies. I have 9 years of experience as a product designer, and bring in my years of experience designing to my work. Today, I work with clients on an end to end design process that includes helping them create a color scheme, mood board, space planning, floor plans, 3d rendering, and a final shopping list. My work is all encompassing, and I hope my passion for this field inspires you as part of our design process working with me.
