- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When someone asks how much for a load of topsoil, it's not as easy as pricing a gallon of milk. First, I have to determine where it will be delivered to, that determines where I will have to get the dirt from. That determines how much the dirt will cost and the travel distance to the jobsite.
