- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had the tools, but worked in a medical office weird hours and away from my family. I had been coaching some coworkers and they kept telling me that this is something I could do for a living so I decided to branch out on my own. I can still help people and maybe before they need a physician or prescription.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I create physical activity routines and meal plans based on lifestyle. I also coach for form during exercise to prevent injury and cheer clients on to keep them motivated.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview the provider. Talk to them and see if your personalities mesh, if you feel like this is someone you would like to be friends with then working out is less a chore and more a social event!
