Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common design jobs I get are printables, such as brochures, business cards, postcards, stationery, etc., as well as new branding and marketing visuals.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Have a good chat with your designer. Let your feelings help you decide whether or not to go with him/her. Experience is important, of course, but you need to "click" with your designer, so that your confidence is raised and you know that you can "feed" off each other's energy. I find my best work comes from helping customers with whom I can be candid, ask good questions and feel as if the CUSTOMER feels that I'm an asset to their organization.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My goal is (besides your absolute satisfaction) to soup up your image, wording, branding and confidence in your printed media with high quality graphic design and printing at a price that is just as pleasing. For me, it's all about you!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about my job, besides the freedom of working for myself, is digging into my customers' businesses' personalities, in order to communicate those unique traits in print--and watching them glow with delight, as they see new possibilities for their own success.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I always like my customers to know the value of custom design work. When you invest in good design, my goal is that the visuals will perform a task and bring that invested money back to you... and more!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. An artistic streak runs through a few branches of my family tree; and so does the valuing of organization, attention to detail and the importance of honesty and serving the best interest of others. These things are important when offering custom graphic design services and quality printed goods.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Jump in. Play. Study your craft. Don't sell yourself short, and also keep a learning spirit. Admire other people's work.
