This includes one (1) coat, and the owner buys paint. Two (2) coats cost $110.
This is for a room with size 17 x 17. Prices are to be adjusted if the room is bigger.

A. I have been in the painting business for 17 yrs.
I sand to get that nice slick,shiny finish.
I also believe in quality not quanity.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy painting, and making someone's house look good.
I am a people person, I come in and get the job done.

A. What do you do first? I tell them I sand the walls,trim and caulk if needed.
