Introduction
The problem today is when you hire a service provider, you don't know what to expect. You may go on their website and look at pictures or see descriptions and pricing, but you don't really know who you are letting in your house or what processes they have in place to ensure a good, clean installation. When we do a consultation, we outline exactly what to expect before, during, and after the installation. In most cases, we will not need to damage any drywall or "touch up" anything. In special circumstances, if we need to damage a wall to gain access, you will be told up-front and the damage will be fixed by our contractor. There will be no need to try to find someone to repair your house, we would take care of all of it. Our work stands out from the competition because we care about you, your home, and the overall quality of the installation. I like the freedom to take my time on every installation. I have worked for other installation companies for the last 10 years, and they always try to cram as much work in a small window of time as possible. The problem with that is you can't take your time and make sure that every aspect of the installation is optimized as much as possible. Electronic Insiders never schedules more than 2 installations a day, so we can spend the extra time with each client that they deserve. Our goal is to maximize each client's experience.

Aaron performed all of the work in a home we purchased. After reviewing the list of functions I wanted, he recommended all of the components for the installation, staying completely within my budget. The installation included mounting 6 smart TV's (including one over a fireplace), coordinating with Xfinity the TV and internet installation, installing a wireless router and access point upstairs, and connecting the smart TV's to the network. He also installed multiple DVD players, CD players, speakers, and gaming devices. He installed a security camera system for the home, as well as internet phone system. He cabled the home where necessary, and even ran cable in a few places for easier expansion later. Finally everything was tied together with multiple universal remotes to easily work together. I've used services in the past were you can tell time was the enemy of the installer and they needed to come back later to finish. Aaron did whatever it took to get the job done, without any concerns about the time any request might take. Communication during the process including any custom tweaks along the way was as good as it can get. Finally, we've asked him to come out a few times since the installation, and the follow-up is as consistently well done and as timely as was the initial installation. I cannot recommend Aaron more highly to handle your technology needs. You can trust him to help you make the right decisions to make everything functional, and give you the most bang for the buck.

Aaron and his team at Electronic Insiders are the best! They are very knowledgeable and can help you while staying within your budget. They have never tried to upsell me or pressure me into spending more. It's important to me as a young woman with two small babies that I have always felt safe having them come do work when I'm home alone.   • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Our most common type of job is TV wall mounting and wire concealment. With all of the TVs today being flat panels, it is getting more and more popular to mount the tvs on the wall. When you mount the tv, it opens up space in the room, looks good, and also acts as the TV's security should you have a home invasion. It takes someone triple the time to unmount a TV as opposed to just picking it up and carrying it out the door.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Go with your gut feelings. Cheapest services are rarely the best. Some other installation companies do not give your home the respect it deserves. Some will tear into drywall leaving holes everywhere just so they can get in and out quickly. That leaves you with a mess and an additional expense. If you paid a little more up front, you wouldn't have to deal with the headaches that come from "cheaping out".
