Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The majority of our work is weekly lawn mowing. Each service includes mowing, trimming and blowing clippings off of drive/walk-ways. All work is completed on a schedule that typically repeats on the same day each week. Customers may skip one week if the grass hasn't grown due to a lack of rain.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Be sure you are hiring someone who is licensed and insured. Additionally, verify them with any references you have been given.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What does each mowing service include? Every service includes mowing, trimming, edging and blowing clippings off of drive/walk-ways.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Mowing needs to be done on a weekly basis to ensure the highest quality work is completed. Mowing done bi-weekly or as-needed puts too much strain on my equipment which reduces the quality of cut. Improperly cutting can damage the grass and lead to poor health of your lawn.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I started this business part time while I was in college. My business continued to grow and has turned into a full-time career.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. My business supports email invoicing and allows customers to view their service/billing history through my website. Customers have the option to pay through PayPal rather than mail a check or pay in cash.
