We have numerous hours of education and experience over 19 years in the fitness industry. We're certified in Personal Training, A.R.T. (active release techniques), and I'm a L.M.T. (licensed massage therapist).
As a former NFL football player, I also specialize in personal training for specific-sports training (i.e. hockey, tennis, track, baseball, soccer and football).
