Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Research. If you can't find them, then no one will be able to find YOUR listing. My last listing had over 20,000 websites linking to it in just 5 days. THAT is how you get a property sold FAST!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Older or more "experienced" isn't always a good thing. Some old-school agents are stuck in old-school ways of thinking and marketing. In this real estate environment, old-school just ISN'T working. Today's real estate buyers and sellers need someone with fresh, innovative ideas to get a great deal or to get their home sold fast and for the most possible money.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. If you are selling a home, the biggest question to ask is "Can you give me DETAILS about your marketing plan?" Many agents will only perform the 3 P's of real estate marketing:
Put a sign in the yard
Put it in the MLS
PRAY that it sells.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Absolutely. I have taken extensive real estate related courses to stay fresh on legal, ethical, and other issues. I am e-PRO certified, which is a technology certification, as well as a National Association of REALTORSŪ SHORTSALE AND FORECLOSURE RESOURCE (SFR).
