Absolutely outstanding. I called Geek Squad out first, bad mistake, to fix the problems I was having with my pc. After several hours and a huge bill I was left with a problem unresolved. So I called Knowledgeable Nerd. They where out same day and had my pc fixed in under an hour. I bought a yearly membership for $99 and now I can have them out anytime I want for a $25 service charge. I recccomend this company to anyone that has been burned by a computer company before. Wish I would of called them first.
