A. Water heaters, clogged drains, commodes, and sewers.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Well, I would like to know if the price has anything to do with the quality. Here is a common misconception. Most people think they are getting a real bargain when they choose a $65 an hour plumber vs. a $120 an hour plumber. The fact is you get what you pay for. When was the last time you had the plumber show you their license before they started tearing your plumbing apart. For $65 you probably got a handyman. Licensed plumbers are trained on the field and in the classroom. And the master plumber is the responsible plumber. Therefore, choose.

A. Q. Will Liquid Plumber work? (A) It will work but only on very light clogs.
Q. Can I fix it myself? (A) Yes, but only if it is not a major project, (licence required)
Q. Can I save money if I help? Yes, but in some cases it is not safe for the customer to help.
Q. Is that necessary to have that or will it work without it. (A) I never will sell my customer anything they don't need.
Q. Can you do it for less. (A) We will always try to work with our customers to provide discounts.
Q. If I buy the parts will it save me money? (A) Yes, but we can not warranty the parts, only the labor. You may want to consider your opptions and think on the long term. "Will you save if I return to replace the (manufactured defected) items you bought?"

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, once a year our licensed plumbers go through a continuing education class required by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners
