Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There are many Santa Schools available. Ask if they have attended a Santa School, if they have insurance, can they provide a background check. These are important things to know about a Santa before you hire them. It's worth paying a little more to get a qualified Santa you can trust.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. I think I have answered this question already. There are some Santas who are are one year wonders until they find out what is involved in being Santa. Santa Suits are expensive and creating a realistic look takes time. Do they have real boots, a real beard a real belt and nice suit? Can they provide you with references? If I can't fill a need due to a previous engagement I can usually help you find another Santa.
