Anyone over 17 years of age is required to have and carry a fishing license in the State of Texas. Does the fishing guide provide an ice chest with ice for the fish you will catch? There are a few licensed fishing guides out there that do not provide ice for the fish that are brought aboard. Ice is very important, keeping the fish iced down insures that they stay fresh.
