Cleaning special includes: free mild deodorizer, optical brightener, basic furniture moving and a demonstration of preconditioning to remove stain and soiled.

$ 5.75 any room steam cleaned and deodorized.
$ 17.25 any 3 room steam cleaned and deodorized.
$ 28.75 any 5 room steam cleaned and deodorized.

If you request or require preconditioning for heavy stain and soiled there's an additional charge of .15 cent per square foot (free sanitizing).

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Yes and a good one. One day i receive a call from a customer was a big house 9 rooms, two level, stairs with 15 step, 68 miles away. The estimate and price was giving by phone it was like a 3 hours work. But it took me 7 hours because the house was with out electric and water. Now i always ask is electric and water connected? I learned my lesson.
