To Whom So Ever It May Concern:
I have a question for them:
If you had problem with the quote why did not you say that clearly?? I would have hired some one else by paying them more to get better services.
What the hell was that? They came here without knowing that we booked carpet cleaning too. They were not even aware of that. What were you thinking that we will not be there and you will make us fool ?? Is this your management? is this your services?? if yes shame on you guys.
I called them to ask that why are they not doing carpet cleaning? Here is their answer: Sir already you are paying very less and this is not our usual rate. BRAVO to him seriously!! Did I asked you guys to give me this quote and provide me worst services instead ?? That crew girl came and did nothing but just washed our carpet with I guess only water , the stains are still there. I have never seen such kind of carpet cleaning ever in my life? Shame on you for providing such services and for bluffing innocent customers.
When I called in your office that person said that because we paid less that is why they are not cleaning properly!! what the hell is this?? did you told me that earlier ?? did you notified me about this that you will provide such worst services on this price?? trust me if you would have told me this earlier I would have hired someone else for more money to get better services.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND COMPTON BROTHERS TO ANYONE.
SUGGESTION: Do not close your deal at any price to provide such services. people are ready to pay more to get better services. Please do not cheat/ bluff customers. This is clearly a fraud.

If there was an option for a negative star, I would take it. These people knew going in that my window was short. I even called them to let them know in was ready for them earlier than originally expecting. As the all powerful "three hour window" was closing! I call again. Surprise!, they are going to be late. Not like they called me....NO. I had to call them. Again, made mention my window was closing. Dispatcher tells me she had someone else that would be there in forty minutes. At the fifty minute mark, I call again. This call I find out the people "were on the way". Forty five minutes out. In the mean time, PODS was out front ready to pick up (the still full) container. Needless to say, I am out $100 for the POD delivery and still no furniture in my place. Oh, these idiots showed up fifteen minutes after my POD left. Thanks Compton Bros. I appreciate all the stress and high blood pressure.

Compton Brothers certainly would like to apologize for the scheduling conflict that occurred and the experience that you received. While we make every effort to reach you as close to the move time that you requested, it is the case that sometimes your crew has to finish the job that is in process prior to your move. In our best effort to rectify the schedule constraint you encountered with the POD service, we would like to offer you reimbursement of the $100.00 delivery cost and help get the POD unloaded as expeditiously as possible. We understand that schedules during moving can be difficult to coordinate and again we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.

The move went very smooth,the workers were very polite and hard working. I would highly recommend Compton brothers moving to everyone. Great job guy's !!!!!!
