A. My catering very different because New Orleans food is in an league alone. The flavor and presentative is very extraordinary. Cajun cuisine can be suitablefor everyone, spicy and seasoned does not mean hot & salty. It is food that is carefully prepared with lots of spices and herbs combine to give exceptional flavor and taste.

A. What I love most about my job is cooking, and people enjoying my cooking.

A. Most customers want to know "Is it the food hot?" My answer is I prepare my dishes according to the customers request.
