I'm a certified canine expert, trained via America's Canine Academy who offers in-home one-on-one services.
Nature designed the perfect training procedure for dogs. Whispering utilizes your dogs natural instincts to change bad behavior. We just have to use the same natural techniques in a practical way to fit our home environments.
Americas Canine Academy has taken that natural instinct, taught whisperers and we go to your home and educate you how to communicate with your dog in a calm leadership role. Dogs naturally respond to calm leadership and when you learn how to become the calm pack leader you'll be astounded at how quick your dog will transform. With a new found confidence a dog that has been pulling you on the leash can walk calmly in just minutes.
Our pets are a blessing and will give us years of joy, if we only fill their basic necessities. They do not know what we expect from them, and so it's our liability to educate them in natural ways using body language and calm energy that they understand. Dogs live in the moment, and so, if we'll provide for them what they require, they'll give us so much more in return. We have to realize that we can not ""love" our dog's bad behavior away.
There's is no need for dominance, force or intimidation to have a stable dog. Humans just have to realize that although they love their pet, he is not human, he is a dog and you have to learn to understand and communicate in a way he understands. My methods work because they are simple. If we meet our pet's needs, they will meet our needs. Once you change, your dog will change with you. It's not too late.
Let me show you the proven methods that work every time, and get your life back. Watching those shows on TV haven't worked for you so far have they? Call or email me, and allow me to share with you how I am able to remove the unwanted behaviors that got you so unnerved.

This was the most awesome experience I have ever had! I did not need a dog trainer, I know the basics of training my dogs to sit, lie down, stay etc. I needed someone to help me make my dogs behave and be happy that I am a dog owner-and not be biten. In 4 very buzy hours, the Dog Whisperers trained me and my husband! We can actually sit on the sofa without the dogs demanding attention, no begging for food, walking all 4 at one time is comfortable and my "agressive" dog is not snapping at me. I would recommend this behavior changing process to everyone. Change behavior and then if you want to teach obedience, it should be a breeze. Your dog will understand that you are the pack leader and they will be eager to please you. Thank you so much, Dawn, Mark and Suzie.

Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. The most common complaints are owners that are fed up with their pet's barking, dragging them on the leash, and aggression.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check into their beliefs and work practices. If the person you are looking to work with your dog needs to use bean bags, water bottle, force, intimidation, or wants to take your dog away to "train" him...think twice. Make sure you know what your dog needs. Is he well balanced and stable and you are just wanting to teach him tricks, a trainer is right for you. If you are having behavior problems you need someone that understands dog behavior and can help you communicate with your dog to help change that unwanted behavior.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Where did you get your certification? What are your basic beleifs and practices? What happens if my dog's behavior doesn't change?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I don't use gimmicks, or tricks. What I do is simple, I teach people and then together we teach the dog.
Dog's do not communicate with words, they use energy and body language and sounds such as growling. Once the human can understand this, they can learn understand and communicate with their beloved pet and have the life they dreamed about when they first got their pet. I work with you to ensure this happens.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I get the opportunity to see lives change in front of my eyes everyday. When an owner has contacted me and was about to give up hope and within minutes of me arriving to their home they see their dog's behavior changing.....and that they are changing as well, it's almost hard to put into words.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Why won't my dog listen to me when I call him?
If you were yelling at me over and over I wouldnt listen either!
I just brought a new dog home and my old dog doesn't like him. Should I just keep them away from each other?
No. Dogs by nature are pack animals. We have to first learn to walk our dogs as a pack, teach them to be a pack by being a calm pack leader.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I became a whisperer after years of searching information about various schools, trainers, teachers, and methods out there to help people with problem pets because I was tired of hearing and seeing animals that needed help and not getting the help they deserved. I heard over and over that people were giving their pets away or even surrendering a beloved pet to a shelter for behavior issues that they were told could not be fixed. Heard stories of pet owners being kicked out of puppy classes and obedience schools because they had a "bad" dog and of others spending hundreds on classes over a few week period for their dog to only obey the command in the class. I knew there had to be an answer other than for an owner to give up their pets or live with the behavior issues. I finally found America's Canine Academy and was lucky enough to learn from Mark German and Janice Wolfe. I did all the work for you and want to share this knowledge with you to help improve the quality of life with your pet.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Everyday and every new family is a learning opportunity. I take every possible opportunity to work with mentors and other professionals in my field.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Breed legislation and animal rights are changing each year. Getting proper knowledge and tools out to people on selecting the correct breedfor them is key as is adopting your pet.
Out dated training techniques are finally changing.
Q. Write your own question and answer it.
A. What is one of my biggest gripes?
It truly upsets me when people get a cute little puppy without thinking it through and then at just 5, 4, and even 3 months old the puppy is too much and taken to a shelter.
