- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a price range. The price will depend on the location of the job and how many pets the customer has. It will also depend on any additional services required. Dog walks will depend on how long the walk will be. We will discuss all of this with the customer before they sign up for our service. This way we offer a fair price and the best service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our initial visit we explain from start to finish how we will take care of their pet(s).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer pet sitting and dog walking. We also offer mid-day potty breaks for dogs that need that extra time out.
