Seven months after signing a contract to perform a total kitchen remodel and install a custom steel motorized gate, I have now hired another contractor to clean up and fix the "custom" work that was done in my kitchen. I still don't have my gate, and he owes me close to $20000. All I get are empty promises and excuses why nothing has been done to resolve this matter. It seems as if this is his way of doing business, and I wish I had checked references rather than trust a "friendship" and acquaintance through church.
