Home staging is not decorating. It involves detailing, decluttering and depersonalizing. I can see your home and know within minutes, the simple changes that need to made to sell your home.
It is important to remember that once you decide to put your home on the market, it is no longer "your home" as you know it. Sometimes you have to give up the way you think it should look, or how you like it, to give it a look that buyers would favor. I have a keen eye for detail and can give your home a "model home" look for less money than you would think.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most have been trying to sell their home for a while, and did not think they needed to do anything to their home for selling purposes. I go in, evaluate and give the easy fixes which I can do in a short amount of time, then give suggestions on bigger changes that might take more time to complete, like painting or yard cleanup.

A. Whether you are just deciding to put your home up for sale or it has been on the market for a while-give staging a try-it works!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Most people do not have the skills to do staging on their on, you atleast need an experienced person to tell you what needs to be done first.

A. I am less expensive that most, I have an eye for detail and I am able to evaluate a home quickly for what changes need to be made.

A. I actually have a full time job, I do this on the side for extra money and I love it! Staged several homes for friends and family -then decided to branch out.
