Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Its important to check to see if the mover you are hiring is a ProMover with the American Moving and Storage Association and a Pinnacle Mover by Southwest Movers Association. To check out a companies insurance and licensing at www.protectyourmove.gov

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Make sure you understand the difference between a moving broker and a full service moving company. This is critical when choosing your mover because that small oversight will determine who will show up to your home the day of your move.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How long have you been in business? How many moves do you do per year? What moving associaitions do you belong to? Who do I contact if I have a problem?
