Chef Kabongo prepared a meal for my family of 10. He was requested to cook the meal at my home. The meal was a three course meal, which consisted of Appetizer ( Shrimp Cocktail) , plated Entree ( Grilled Salmon with a special sauce, served with Spinach and Risotto. Desert, Flying Mocha cake. Chef Kabongo was extremely professional and well groomed. I could not ask for a better Chef to have cooked for my family. I would definitely hire him again for a special event.

Muanantanga personally came to my home and provided an evening dinner for myself, my mother and my grandmother. I cannot say enough about how fantastic the meal was! Not too many people know how to merge chicken and shrimp well without using a lot of monosodium glutamate. He did this naturally WITHOUT losing any flavor. My only regret was feeling like my kitchen was not big enough to allow him space to really work! (LOL) In all honesty he worked hard and clean. He also made sure we did not have to lift a finger. I will gladly call on him again.
