Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common types of jobs are Service of Subpoenas. We do also offer courier services at a flat rate with after hour services at an additional charge.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Determine how successful the service is with their process service. Check if they have a flat rate and it covers the filing with the court that the paper is from. Some companies do not file and if they do it is an additional charge. Check to see if the first attempt is within 24 hours. Verify how many attempts that the charge covers.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Price, Reliablity, Speed. What does your company offer to my Law Firm that another company does not.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Make sure you are fast and accurate also make sure that you keep your SCH Certification up to date. Law Firms and Court Reporters need you to be available when they call. So try and keep your self available during your business hours.
